Description

Here is how you Eat Ragi  Millet Idly Rava

STEP 1: Clean, wash and soak 1 cup urad dal in sufficient water for 8-10 hours

STEP 2: Soak 2 cup of Ragi idly rava for 2 hours

STEP 3: Grind the soaked urad dal to fine batter consistency

STEP 4: Add soaked rava to the batter and bland well with a spatula

STEP 5: Allow the batter to ferment overnight

STEP 6: Add salt and Grease the idly plates with ghee and fill the batter in moulds. Steam it for 15 min.
